What Clients Say

Career Development

Debbie has been instrumental in helping me to take charge of my career development. I was able to set clear, defined and time-limited objectives, setting a course for advancement. Our regular meetings have not only increased my awareness of my own abilities and influence and kept me accountable to my goals, but most importantly, have made me fully aware of the opportunities I have to execute my own career agenda. As a result, I was recruited to a new, more challenging job at a higher level, well in advance of the timetable I had planned.

Finance Director, Harvard University

Debra helped me to stay grounded even in the midst of chaos and reminded me that I am a success, no matter the outcome. She helped me to strategize and process politically challenging relationships and issues so that I could be better prepared to take risks. We all have the capabilities, strengths and know-how to experience life to the fullest; however, sometimes life gets in the way, causing ruts in the road. Debbie provided a compassionate voice to help me quickly get back on track. I found our coaching very valuable and recommend her to all people who seek to live at a higher octave.

Nurse and Doctoral Candidate in Organizational Development

Coaching is one of those things that I always resisted because I figured it was just someone helping me to be more organized, or a cheerleader helping to motivate me. What I came to realize, though, is that it's about having someone ask the right questions, the provocative ones. Sometimes we get so good at doing what we do day-to-day that we don't notice we've evolved and the day-to-day needs have to evolve as well. All of sudden, life just doesn't fit right, and we don't know why because we're doing what we've always done and it worked before. I hope others will take the opportunity to work with Debra whenever they feel stuck, or feel like life just doesn't fit anymore. If they even have one-tenth of the success I've had, it will be well worth their time and effort.

Career Transition

I was stalled in my job search and discouraged to be interviewing for jobs requiring three to five years of marketing experience when I had eighteen. Debbie helped me to break through the inertia, clarify my goals, and go for my highest vision. I developed a networking action plan and interviewed for jobs that fit my capabilities, interests and financial requirements. I found a job I love at the middle management level I wanted in a tough market. Coaching works!

IT Marketing Manager

I relocated to Massachusetts to be near family, and took an interim sales job in staffing to get to know the local market, making 1,000 calls a week. Debra helped me figure out what I really wanted to do and get my career back on track. We spent time working on career and life goals, and she encouraged me not to settle for less than my highest vision. Debra has the ability to help you pinpoint your own unique values and priorities. She taught me to relax and focus on what is really important at the end of the day to me—enjoying and supporting my family. I found the job I wanted in a short time with Debra's help and direction and highly recommend using her. The most difficult person to help in life is usually you.

Small Business Owners

I hired Debra to work on business development for my new company. She helped me to focus and provided tools to get me organized in my planning. I look forward to utilizing Debra's company in the future and would not hesitate to recommend her to other small business owners.

Self-Employed Computer Consultant

As Debra and I talked, I began to realize that my "stuckness" was based in the fact that I wasn't living a life full of what I valued. Having always thought values should be noble and grand I was living a life full of what I thought I should value. It took a lot just to get me to accept that my number one value was fun. Once I embraced my true values, I was able to start incorporating more fun into my work and my daily life. This has made me more productive, less stressed and just plain happier. I'm eternally grateful that Debra helped me to discover what I truly value and to embrace and honor these values.

Parents

Coaching has made an enormous impact in my life. It has helped me to move from a very stuck position to being able to focus on specific areas in my life where I could make significant changes (new job, leaving an abusive relationship, moving). Coaching helped me to identify my strengths and embrace the healthy strong core of my being. I feel that I now have a stronger foundation for making the necessary decisions to obtain the life that I want and that I deserve.

Office Manager, Non-Profit Agency

Debra is a kind, compassionate person who really listens. She is someone who has the ability to draw out the best in me in a creative way.

Stay-at-Home Mother Returning to the Workforce

Coaching is like having your own personal cheerleader. It is about your issues. The benefits are having someone who is objective, who listens and makes suggestions that you are unable to see and articulate . We are our own worst critics, which often keeps us stuck feeling overwhelmed and unable to make changes. It helps to slow down, reflect, evaluate options and take baby steps toward bigger changes.

Working Mother

I hired Debra to work with me on business development for my new company. Through our process, I learned that lack of space in my home office and the need to set clearer boundaries with my family was holding me back. I took the risk of leasing office space, which has allowed me to really take my business to the next level.
