Discover Your Light provides career coaching and life coaching for people with all types of career development, career transition, and life satisfaction issues in four formats:
One-on-one coaching
- Individual coaching is customized to meet your specific needs and situation. Goals for the partnership are jointly designed, and regular coaching sessions are scheduled. The monthly coaching package includes two to four sessions, quick check-in calls, ongoing email support, and access to extensive resources. A monthly retainer is paid in advance, and fees vary depending upon the arrangement. You decide how long the coaching relationship continues, but a minimum of three months is recommended for you to achieve your career and personal goals.
Laser coaching
- If you are unable to commit to ongoing coaching but feel stuck, laser coaching is available priced at an hourly rate. Partner with Debra for support, direction-setting, and clarity through a transition.
Clients have used these sessions to identify transferable skills, review their resume, improve networking skills, weigh business and life decisions, prepare for an interview, improve relationships, find life purpose, and develop strategies to improve life/work balance.
Group coaching
- Recommended if you enjoy learning in a group environment or are looking for a more affordable option. Small groups meet regularly by telephone or in person for support, structure and accountability during their career or life transition. Workshops
Services are delivered both in person and by telephone, so distance is not a factor.
