What's in a Name

Debra Taylor made a successful career transition from hospital administrator to entrepreneur five years ago when she enrolled in intensive coach training and launched her coaching company, Discover Your Light . She hired her first coach during this transition and experienced first-hand the power of using a coach to transform her life and work. She feels like she has found her purpose and calling in life, giving other professionals a roadmap through the often stressful and overwhelming process of major career and life transition.
