Debra B. Taylor is the founder of Discover Your Light Coaching, empowering professionals, career changers, and small business owners to move past limitations to design careers and lives they truly love. As a certified career life coach, parent and former hospital administrator, Debbie has the expertise and experience to support you in clarifying and achieving what matters most.

Debra's Philosophy

Experience
Debra has extensive experience in strategic planning, visioning, facilitation, program development and organizational development. She draws on nearly 18 years of management experience working with hospital, board and medical staff leadership at hospitals in the Greater Boston area, including Mount Auburn Hospital , CareGroup, Beth Israel Hospital, Brigham and Women's Hospital, Leonard Morse Hospital, and the Boston Veteran's Association Medical Center.

Debra attained the designation of Certified Professional Coactive Coach (CPCC) by completing the rigorous certification program of the Coaches Training Institute. She then took advanced training in relationship systems coaching and became certified by the Center for Third Age Leadership to deliver coaching programs on midlife career fulfillment. Debra earned a masters degree in Health Administration (MHA) from Duke University and a bachelors degree in Psychology from Bates College. Her professional memberships include the International Coach Federation, and Business Network International.
